This outfit was custom-made by the production for use by a resident of Whoville. The outfit consists of a cream color cashmere sweater with red detailing on the chest, a pair of corduroy shorts, a red scarf with inner wire to hold the ends of the scarf in place and attached tassels, a red cap and a pair of brown faux fur gloves.
